buy "half a pig" usually known as a "side" of pork, butchered in the standard way, with all joints and pork chops cut to your own requirements. Our pigs are butchered by Glaves & Sons at Brompton.

Half pig approx 20-25kg,
£5.50 per kilo, £135 max, all delivered jointed and vacuum packed ready for the freezer.
We can also offer smaller freezer packs, if a half pig is too big.
Whole pig approx 40-50 kg, £270 max.
